Three Wishes by Gerrit V.

If I could have three wishes, they would all help me or someone I know.

My first wish would be that I would get one million dollars. That wish would help me by letting me buy what I need. Second, it would give me extra money to donate. Last, I could help my family buy groceries.

My second wish would be that I was a better at baseball. This wish would help me because my parents wouldn’t have to spend money for me to take lessons. It would help others because I could give them lessons. It would also help because I could play catch with my sister early in the day and she could play with Daddy at night.

My last wish would be to be able to meet the New York Yankees. I would want this because they are my favorite baseball team. This would help me because I could learn a few things from them. I’d hope to see them play the Boston Red Sox.

I hope that one day at least one of these wishes would come true.
